During EUROLAG Symposium BONUS BaltCoast project a special workshop on "Integrated Coastal Zone Management - New Tools and Approaches" was held. The main focus was on introduction to the Systems Approach Framework (SAF), ecosystems efficiency, human and environment interactions. Within the session the given presentations reflected results of indicator application, re-analysis of ICM best-practice examples from the Baltic and stakeholder participation in coastal management. Additionally a poster session was organized which covered all six BONUS BaltCoast project case study sites.
